At CDoc EverBloom Creations, I want you to be completely happy with your purchase.
If you change your mind, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return. Items should be returned unused, in their original condition and, in the original packaging.
Unless the item is faulty or damaged, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If your order arrives damaged or there is a problem with your item, please contact CDoc EverBloom Creations as soon as possible and include photographs where possible so I can help resolve the issue.
Bespoke or personalised items cannot normally be returned unless they are faulty or damaged.
Once an approved return has been received and checked, any refund due will be processed back to the original payment method.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
